America Acosta, Business Manager
America Acosta serves as the business manager for our firm. America joined THE POLLARD FIRM, APC, in September 2019, and has had an immediate impact on the firm’s growth, commitment to serve existing clientele, and ability to reach new markets.
Prior to joining our firm, America served in several key managerial roles for both domestic and international retailers over the last 20 years. America began her career in management by becoming the youngest store manager for YUM! Brands, Inc. at the age of 21.
America earned her degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (F.I.D.M.) in 2008. During her free time, America enjoys cooking, baking new dishes, spending time with her children, and cheering for the Los Angeles Angels (of Anaheim).
Erika M. Flores, Legal Assistant
Erika M. Flores is a legal assistant who joined THE POLLARD FIRM, APC, in May 2019. Prior to working in the legal industry, Erika worked in human resources and employee benefits where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills that she relies on to succeed in her current role. Erika left her former position so that she could dedicate her time to raising her three children—two of which are currently attending college and her youngest who is completing elementary school. While raising her three children, Erika continued to sharpen her skills by volunteering and leading programs at her children’s schools. Erika has served as the PTA president, treasurer, and secretary, bringing her valuable experience and drive to the various positions she served in. During her free time, Erika enjoys baking, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and watching her youngest child play fast-pitch softball.
Natalie Robinson, Legal Assistant
Natalie Robinson serves as the legal clerk and executive assistant for the Pollard Firm. Natalie joined the team in April 2021 and contributed immensely with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Natalie presents an appetite to learn and the ability to effectively complete multiple tasks efficiently.
Natalie enjoys spending her free time at softball and baseball fields cheering her children on. When she is not in the stands or on the field, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and the serenity of being in nature.
Ana Gonzales, Paralegal
Ana Gonzales serves as a Paralegal at the Pollard Firm and joined in May 2022. Ana joins the firm with prior law firm experience in the practice area of Family Law, Arbitration, and mediation with an education complementing such experience. Overall, Ana values an open line of communication, professionalism, and compassion. A fearless advocate of civil justice, Ana strives to be progressive and open-minded as well as hard-working and empathetic to clients. Ms. Gonzales’ educational achievements include an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies; a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice; and a Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law.
Her hobbies include hiking, cooking, and enjoying observational humor. Ana thrives living life in a manner consistent with captivating the greater picture, her favorite famous quote encapsulates such belief:
